President Trump called out the scheme on Alaska’s Senate ballot in plain terms. “You have Dan Sullivan, who’s a great senator,” he said. “You have another guy named Dan Sullivan, who never even, I think, voted before. He didn’t campaign. He was just put there as a fraud.”

The President said the goal is to confuse voters. “They have no idea who the Dan Sullivan is,” he said. “People aren’t going to know that. So nobody’s going to know what to do. That’s a fraud. And it shouldn’t be allowed to happen.”

He put the blame at the top of the Democrat Party. “It was done in conjunction with Schumer and everybody else,” President Trump said. “It’s called voter fraud. It should not have been allowed to happen.” Asked whether Republicans should refuse to seat Democrat Mary Peltola if she wins, he said, “You’re going to have to see what happens.”

Vice President JD Vance went further. “We should certainly look into whether she committed election fraud,” he said, adding that Peltola “is trying to steal a Senate seat from the voters of Alaska, and it’s disgraceful.”

Alaskans vote Tuesday, Nov. 3. The President’s message to them: there is only one Senator Dan Sullivan, and he is the one to re-elect.
