The Lubbock crowd roared on Tuesday night when Secretary of State Marco Rubio took the stage at President Trump’s rally in West Texas.

Rubio summed up the Trump record abroad in one line: “Enemies are weaker, our country is stronger, and our people are safer because Donald J. Trump is the President of the United States.”

President Trump returned the praise. “Thank you, Marco,” he said. “I think he’ll go down as the greatest of them all at that.”

From the pressure on Iran to the fight against the communist regime in Cuba, Rubio has been at the center of the President’s America First foreign policy, and the Texas crowd let him know they noticed.

One week before Election Day, Trump and his top diplomat delivered the same message: America is respected again, and voters should keep it that way.
