President Trump did not mince words on Saturday night about the scheme to confuse Alaska voters with a second “Dan Sullivan” on the U.S. Senate ballot. A reporter noted that Daniel J. Sullivan’s whereabouts are unknown and asked whether the President is concerned. “Well, he, you know, it’s a fraud,” Trump said.
“Daniel J. Sullivan tried to change his middle initial to Daniel S. Sullivan, as you know. And it’s a fraud. It’s voter fraud at the highest level,” the President said. “Nobody can find him now. So he knows he’s guilty. He knows he’s guilty. It’s a fraud on the people.”
Trump said the ballot itself is now a mess for honest voters. “When you look at that ballot, nobody, I don’t care, nobody knows what they’re doing,” he said.
Then he named names. “That is a total, it’s a Democrat con job, and it was done by Schumer,” Trump said. “I mean, that really started with Schumer and Elias, the lawyer, Elias, Mark Elias. And I think they should be held criminally responsible.”
Alaskans deserve to know exactly who they are voting for. The real Senator Dan Sullivan has served them well, and President Trump is making sure the people who tried to trick voters do not get away with it.
