Marsha Blackburn brought her closing message to Sumner County on Tuesday night. “We have had a great event tonight in Hendersonville,” she said. “It is get out the vote time. You’ve got until the 29th to go cast that vote. Election Day is November 3rd.”

Former NBA star Enes Freedom joined her on the trail. “I’m proud to stand with my friend Marsha Blackburn,” he said. Her campaign reported a “packed house in Sumner County” for the “Hold the Line: Get Out the Vote Rally” and told supporters, “get out and VOTE!”

Tennessee Republicans are leading by example. Gov. Bill Lee and First Lady Maria Lee cast their own ballots Tuesday afternoon and urged Tennesseans to #GoVoteTN.

Turnout is running hot. Through Monday, Oct. 26, 913,512 Tennesseans had voted early, about 50% ahead of the 609,758 at the same point in 2022, according to state figures.

Early voting ends Thursday, Oct. 29. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3.
