President Trump was still talking about the Corinth crowd hours later. “That was an amazing night in Mississippi,” he told reporters on Monday night. “The crowd was unbelievable.”
“They had tens of thousands of people that couldn’t even get in,” the President said. “People haven’t ever seen this before, except with me.”
The big winner, he said, is Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith. “It was fantastic for Cindy Hyde-Smith. I think she’s going to win very big. She’s been a great senator.”
“It was a long trip, but it was an honor,” Trump said. “And I love Mississippi. Won it every time by a record margin.”
Corinth kicked off the President’s final-week rally blitz before Election Day on Nov. 3, and the energy in Mississippi shows the America First movement is going into the stretch stronger than ever.
