WASHINGTON — America First means America first in super intelligence. On Friday, Rapid Response 47 highlighted Super Intelligence Force Chair Jay Clayton after the task force’s initial meeting on implementing President Trump’s White House Accords with the frontier labs.

Clayton kept it clear and confident: “It was a very good meeting… We set out a protocol and path for making sure those Accords are implemented and that we’re in dialogue with those frontier labs.” That is leadership without the both-sides fog — a White House that expects the companies building the future to keep their technology aligned, audited, and accountable.

President Trump tapped Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton to chair the Super Intelligence Force, coordinating federal engagement with consumers, public-interest groups, religious organizations, critical-infrastructure providers, and the SI companies themselves. The White House Accord on Super Intelligence — signed with industry leaders — calls for robust internal controls, empowered remediation teams, independent external audits, and board-level oversight.

The Force has 120 days to assess risks and opportunities and to keep America first without smothering the innovators who put the United States ahead of China and every other rival. Under President Trump, the Golden Age is not waiting for permission from the old regulatory class. Watch Rapid Response 47’s video.
