WASHINGTON — President Donald J. Trump promised a Super Intelligence czar within days. On Sunday morning, October 4, 2026, he delivered something bigger: a full Super Intelligence Force. “Following the Historic White House Accord on Super Intelligence, where the World’s most important Technology Companies came together, and confirmed their responsibilities to the American People, I am announcing the formation of the Super Intelligence Force (SIF),” the President wrote on Truth Social.

The mission is pure America First. The SIF “is tasked with coordinating the effort of the Federal Government to ensure that America continues to lead the World in Super Intelligence, which many say is bigger than the Industrial Revolution, and the Internet, and will protect the interests, and improve the lives, of all Americans.” It will coordinate Washington’s engagement with consumers, public interest groups, religious organizations, critical infrastructure providers, and the super-intelligence companies themselves.

The leadership bench is serious. Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton heads the effort — NPR and CBS News report he is the new White House AI czar — alongside Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew Ferguson, Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering and Chief Technology Officer Emil Michael, and Office of Personnel Management Director Scott Kupor. The force reports to the President himself (“ME!”) and to Chief of Staff Susie Wiles. No new bureaucracy maze. A direct line to the Oval Office.

Sunday’s move builds on the September 29 East Room meeting and luncheon, where the leaders of America’s biggest technology companies — CBS News lists OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Nvidia, and SpaceXAI — signed a set of voluntary safety standards. Trump said then he was seeing “tremendous self-policing.” The executive order that followed put “super intelligence” into the federal vocabulary. Now there is a team to carry it out.

The contrast with the old way is the point. Instead of strangling American innovation with red tape and handing the lead to China, President Trump is pairing American dominance with real accountability to families, churches, and the critical infrastructure Patriots rely on every day.
