WASHINGTON — Two clocks hit at once for Super Intelligence. On October 2, 2026, the Federal Register publishes President Donald J. Trump’s Executive Order 14434 — “Inaugurating the Era of Super Intelligence” — at 91 FR 63129. Hours earlier, at 2:56 a.m. Eastern, Trump stepped off Marine One on the South Lawn, answered a pool question about a Super Intelligence Czar with a single word — “close” — and walked inside. Golden Age tech policy is moving from East Room luncheon to law-book ink to personnel.
This is the additive morning beat, not a rewrite of the Sep 29 self-regulation and “never stifle” coverage. EO 14434 makes it Administration policy that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the executive branch shall use “Super Intelligence” and “SI” in place of “Artificial Intelligence” and “AI” in official correspondence, public communications, websites, reports, and other non-statutory documents — and will not acknowledge the older labels in applicable settings. Historical regs and statutes are not rewritten overnight; the forward-facing vocabulary is.
The purpose section is pure America First optimism. American scientists named the old field; American innovators blew past imitation into systems that amplify human ingenuity across science, medicine, and nearly every domain. Those capabilities, the order says, are not merely “artificial” — they are Super Intelligence. Within 60 days the Assistant to the President for Science and Technology must send the President proposed legislative language for a Federal SI definition, plus any conforming amendments and follow-on executive steps.
Personnel is the overnight spark. Returning from the Texas–Oklahoma barnstorm, Trump faced the Super Intelligence Czar question on the South Lawn and declined to name a nominee — only “close.” Reporting in recent days has floated Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton as a leading candidate who could keep the DNI role while taking the SI portfolio; the White House has said personnel announcements come from the President. Patriots should wait for Trump’s word, not the rumor mill — but the temperature is unmistakable.
Stack it with America.gov. The same Sep 29 week that produced the SI terminology order also launched the SI-powered citizen front door now published as EO 14432 in today’s Federal Register. Self-police accords with tech titans, East Room luncheons, Register publications, and a Czar decision “close” are one America First arc: dominate the frontier without letting Brussels-style stifling strangling U.S. builders.
Race to the Mid-terms technology politics is simple. Democrats lecture and regulate America second. Trump renames the era, publishes the orders, and keeps the Czar pick on a short fuse. Watch the Official White House Super Intelligence accord tape. When the nomination drops, The Patriot Oasis will be ready. Until then the Federal Register already says it: the era of Super Intelligence is Administration policy.
