WASHINGTON — President Donald J. Trump made America’s first responders a promise in the Rose Garden on Thursday — and he made it without a single hedge. “From day one, my administration has worked tirelessly to give our first responders the resources, support and the legal protection you so richly deserve,” the President said.

Then came the line that brought the house down: “And we have your back 100 percent. We don’t play games.”

The record backs it up. According to the White House, ICE has more than doubled its officers and agents, from 10,000 to 22,000, and has arrested more than 10,000 gang members and more than 2,100 known or suspected terrorists in President Trump’s second term. The President signed the Laken Riley Act so illegal aliens charged with violent crimes are detained, and the Secure America Act ensures federal agents are fully funded for years to come — blocking any future attempt to defund federal law enforcement.

While radical Democrats chase defund-the-police fantasies, the Golden Age White House is setting a lunch table for the heroes who wear the badge, fight the fires, and answer the call. Patriots know which side they are on. Watch Rapid Response 47’s video.
