Secretary Scott Turner just put Opportunity Zones on the board again. In an official Nov. 6 video he said Opportunity Zones have “transformed communities across America” — and President Trump made them permanent so the progress continues.

That is how America First governing works. Not temporary pilot programs that die in committee. Permanent tools that pull private capital into neighborhoods that were written off.

Turner has already shown what HUD looks like under Trump: kill the Biden-era energy mandate that jacked new-home prices, root out homeless-fund fraud, and keep building opportunity where families actually live.

Permanent Opportunity Zones mean more paychecks, more housing, and more revitalized Main Streets — without surrendering to managed decline.

Transformed communities. Permanent under Trump. That is the Golden Age.
