BREAKING — Holy cow. British authorities are releasing on police bail the five men connected to a terrorist plot against a U.S. Air Force–used air base — while America under President Donald J. Trump is still deporting and charging criminals.

The five men were arrested near RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire after suspicious vehicles approached the base, which has been used by U.S. forces in operations against Iran. They were held on suspicion of explosives offences and preparation of a terrorist act. Counter-terrorism police said the suspects are British nationals from London, all in their twenties.

President Trump said the suspects were “looking to do big damage,” adding that authorities “had them under view for a long time, and we got them.” Working with the British, he said, “worked out great.” That is America First security: track the threat, stop the attack, and refuse to look the other way.

Now comes the contrast Patriots cannot ignore. Reports say the five men arrested in that terror plot “are being released on police bail this afternoon.” America under Trump deports and charges criminals. Britain is handing out bail — and letting terror-linked suspects walk with conditions instead of keeping the hammer down.

RAF Fairford is not a tourist stop. It is a hard target tied to U.S. air power and the fight to stop Iran’s nuke. Soft-touch release after a plot against a U.S.-used fort is not deterrence. It is a gift to every adversary watching how the West treats would-be attackers.

The Golden Age standard is clear: lock up terrorists, charge them, and put American warfighters and American bases first. Patriots should demand the same seriousness from every ally that hosts U.S. forces — because bail is not justice when the mission was “big damage.”
